STEP 1 OF 4
Loan enquiry & application
Please complete our application form in full and a decision maker will be in touch on the same day to discuss your requirements.
We will talk through your circumstances and offer initial terms on the lowest rate available to you.
STEP 2 OF 4
Approval in Principle
Once we have received a fully completed application form we will issue an approval in principle (assuming the application meets our lending criteria) outlining the terms of the proposed loan along with instructions on next steps.
STEP 3 OF 4
Valuations and Legal
We will in instruct our valuers and lawyer once the approval in principle has been signed and scanned back.
The borrower will also need to instruct a property lawyer to act on their behalf.
STEP 4 OF 4
Loan Completion
Once all the necessary documents have been executed and all the due diligence has been completed you are free to draw down on your bridging loan and complete on your transaction or refinance.
